The exigent regulations (zone 5 rdl) of lake Leman in order to preserve the natural lake shore environment  shore enriched  the concept design process.

The main idea was to generate a volume with a northern wall that protected from the cold winds  the outside spaces. The larger western façade searched the light and lake views as much as possible. Multiple variants were designed in order to look for the most respectful textures and colours for the environment.
